    Infinium Mod

    I liked the blue headphones better than the black but I could not control volume with out the loss of sensitivity. with this in line volume control I can turn the threshold up to 8 and lower the volume and still not have to worry about getting them wet. I cannot say this gives me more depth but...

    Wrapping the coil wire tight to the shaft NO movement with flexible silicon wrap. I have only used this on land and not in the surf yet it is to cold here, I will hit the ocean in the spring to see if it also helps the sound of waves passing.

    Excal II goes Quiet after 2 minutes any HELP

    I just got it back from Minelab used it on a 3 hour hunt worked great . the next day 1 hour into the hunt it went silent, if you turn it off for a few minutes, and then turn it on it works for only a few minutes then goes silent I recharged the battery, did not work, tried a differant battery...

    I made two trips to the beach this week I was very impressed with the depth of this detector. I found a lot of coins and a lot of junk, The Infinium LS ran rock solid 0 Dis and 7 sen. HH Jim
