    I remember the good days back in the 80's when I could go to Quick Trip gas station for morning coffee and walk the parking lots and pumps and find at least $1 to $1.50 in coins laying on the concrete. The glory days were before cell phones where people had to carry lots of coins for payphones...

    I did search google for best "metal detector". Goggle's AI code for metal detectors is woefully wrong. Bringing up old detectors and chinese junk. If it is that bad on something simple like metal detector's, how bad is it on other topics? I think AI sucks and actually makes your search results...

    do what idxmonster says and use Rattlehead's silver slayer program. But next study the XP Deus 2 manual and learn what every program is made up of (settings) and why those settings were picked by the engineers for each stock program. Then you can take one of he stock programs more closely...

    About a year ago sold my CTX to buy the XP2. Why? Too heavy for me since I am older and I hated the swing harness especially the Minelab swing harness. Got the Doc Swingy Thingy and it was much better but you still had to unhook it on kneeling and digging. At least I did. Love the very light...

    Tried the CTX3030 for 1 year. Loved everything about it except one thing. The weight. Had to use a swing harness and hated every minute of it. Tried the Minelab swing harness and it was the worst for me. Switched to Doc's Swingy Thingy harness and it was much better than the Minelab harness...
