    A couple rescues

    Got out detecting today with samuel champlain and scored a cpl keepers, 1904 fishy, and a 32 dime, the fish scale was a easy 7 inches down with a fe co reading bouncing all the way up to 29-35,cheers

    Coming back to the etrac family

    I purchased another etrac as a back up for my ctx which has been sent in for repair twice in the last two months ( very unreliable detector in my mind) each repair takes roughly 26 days before I get my unit back. So each season I should get a couple months use with the etrac if averages keep up.

    First video silver!!!

    Here is my first video ever taken so be kind haha, I wasn't able to film the 1st 2 silver finds because I had the camera pointed backwards. I did manage to get a few filmed, It's extremely hard to film and dig so I give a major kudos to those that make awesome videos. My finds today where a 1915...

    Ctx deeper then etrac

    I am finding that my ctx goes about 2 inches deeper then my etrac did in my dirt, has anyone else found the ctx deeper or maybe its just the stabilized TID, a 8 inch dime on my etrac would sound horrible in my dirt and the TID would be all over the place, now with the ctx I and digging 9-10 inch...

    Silvery hunt

    Got out today with a hunting buddy of mine and gridded a field with my ctx, nothing all that old popped out today but I'll take 7 silver any day. 1963 quarter, 42 torched merc, dimes are 61x2, 62, 63, 68, 1936 nickel and a 19 something European large cent, cheers

    ctx false signal

    while running combined ferrous coin I get alot of really nice two way signals that sound smooth and a null when I turn 90, and its always iron, how can iron sound so good my display shows the triangle in the bottom right plus the circle on the 12-40 area.
