    Deep nickel VDI numbers

On the beach a nicklel "sized" target and a 13 reading usually produces a nickel. Never had any problem with deep nickels not reading a consistant 13.

    Good morning

Was able to get out this morning to my favorite beach . Targets were few and far but was still able to nab a 14k earring. Rang a solid 4 and I just knew it would be gold .

    11.2 grams of luscious goldness

Found this beauty the other day .It rang up a solid 20 but the tone was so pure I almost knew it wasn't a zinc. I sure wasn't expecting this sweet surprise . Found on the beach mid way up during low tide with my 800 beach 2 sensitivity 22 bias 6 .

    .925/18K Tiffany and Co. cross

Found a beautiful cross and chain with my updated 800 . The chain was stainless so with the gold and silver the numbers rang up like a bottle cap . Glad I dug this one .

My goal last month was to find a fine gold chain with my Equinox 800.I had pretty much cleared the larger targets off the beach I hunt over the last month so started concentrating on small ,low conductors . My first "grail" was a .4g open gold earring . I've only found 2 3 in 38 years detecting...

This weeks finds and the tiniest .925 frog

The gold is small but it's whats left and I'll take it . I believe the Nox is finding what the other detectors are passing over .The little frog rang a solid 13 and I was thinking nickel all the way . When I did finally retrieve it I thought it was a piece of lead . Didn't realize what it was...

1st month with my Equinox 800

Hung up the heavy 17" CTX the beginning of April and started swinging the new Nox. The gold came in anywhere from a 1 to 17 with the .925 / gold ring a solid 30. Very impressed and satisfied with this detector . That's the .925 ring before cleaning. Thanks for looking.
