    It's mind boggling on how the V3I is so sensitive to very small metal, I can find a BB size piece of tin foil at 6+ inches. maybe that explains why after all the years of detecting, All of a sudden I'M finding necklaces ?? jewelry hunting is a little more slower, and you must dig more...

    Sounds like bad EMI .....try moving further down the Beach.....I have the V3I and GT, They both have there good and bad for Beach hunting..... My setting that work great for me ....might be not so good for your Beach The Beach hunters over in Florida crank up there sensitivity and do great...

    9 out of 10 times when the Pro pointer is turned on and on the ground while I'M recovering my Target, just pointing the pro away from the V3 will stop the Arcade gallery

    When you are recovering your target try your best at pointing the pro pointer away from the V3. If The noise is still unbearable just push the V3's Menu Button and when done Recovering your Target, just pull the Pin - point switch to Resume Hunting..

    Question about Polar Plot Vector Screen

    I just run the single 22.5 Frequency, And like the polar plot so much that I now have it as my main search screen, If the Polar plot lines are strait and even I Dig, If the lines are round or curvy, keep walking.... it's iron and it seems to be very accurate.

    I saw a video somewhere on the net and his V3i's Spectrograph was like the DFX's ....I will spend more time in the menu system ....thanks Rob

    Can you eliminate Icons

    I came from The DFX and now have the V3i, and can not seem to get rid of the icons, like I could with the DFX. Also on the Spectrograph can you make the graph go up and down, like the DFX, instead of the graph going sideways.
