    Wife was looking to suprise me for Christmas with a 800!!

    My wife told me she was in touch with my detector dealer to buy me a 800 for Christmas. She told me because they do not know when it i will be released. Bah Humbug. Offer for detector still good after Christmas. She did surprise me with a E-trac for christmas 3 years ago. Great wife :)

    Found CW era Button "69" Possible Indiana

    Found this button in Indiana. Believe it is the 69th Indiana Regiment Button. Cannot find another example to confirm it. Quite large and heavy for a button. Any ideas?

    Found CW "A" Button, F75 w/toranado coil.

    Went to town park in field area. This is in Indiana so finding CW is very difficult. setting my F75LTD2 on Sens 99, discr 0, notch o, Sound 1n, DE. I went to work. Found a wheat and this CW "A" button. This is the 3rd button from this park. I have also found a 'I" and general Service button...

    New V3i 18650 battery holder. What U think?

    This guy is great. I talked him into making a holder for the V3i. The rest is history.I have a different holder for my e-trac. I never need to check the battery. It goes on for months. I use the Panasonic batterries made in Japan 18650b; I can use a protected battery in this holder.

    has there been any updates to the software in the last 2 years? Just wondering. One of the reasons I have not bought one is the lack of updates to software. Am I wrong about updates? Maybe there has been updates but nobody has talked about it.

    1865 indian, token 1900s w/Thunder coil.

    Found this 1865 Indian and a 1900s local token. Other side of token toast. Made out of cheap plated material. Found with NEL Thunder coil in field hunt. Hit hard on both items.

    Found Seated, 3 ringer, with Thunder coil.

    I was out detecting and found this beauty 8 inches down with the NEL tornado coil. First seated of the year and only my second seated dime ever. Also found a 3 ringerl Coin came in around 12-44.     NEL thunder on F75DST?

    Anybody using the THunder on the F75. I have it for my E-trac and love it. Own the BIg, thunder, sharpshooter for the F75 but would like to have the thunder if it is worth it for the F75. I know it is lighter than any other coil of that size.

    New V3i 18650 battery holder. What U think?

    I can only use unprotected in my minelab 18650 holder. No room for protected. That thing goes for 30 hours and don't think I will have any problem keeping in charged. Dont get to hunt that much.

    Pocket watch, chaffer license, and dog tag.

    Found the back of a pocket watch (not silver or gold), Indiana Shaffer license 1933, and dog tag (real dog) says spot on one side and E.H. Peters, vevay on other side. Emory H Peters lived from 1897 to 1961. So a idea of when the dog tag is from. Found a couple of wheats also.

    I would think if your voltage would drop below 8 just replace one battery (if U have an extra) and it should allow U to keep hunting for the rest of the day.

    New V3i 18650 battery holder. What U think?

    what kind of batteries did U get and what charger did U use? Seems a little short on time. My 3 18650s power my E-trac well over 20 hours. Normaally 6 hours on the standard battery.
