    He was also running 5 and 6 for recovery which are not the best the nox has for looking at deep targets , but do much better unmasking shallower targets,,,, although i did once recover a barber quarter at 14 inches with recovery on 4.

    I did take that with my phone. Garrett told me there are some bad coils. Also to make sure the plug for the coil is all the way in and tight. Then do a factory reset. The factory reset fixed mine! If the reset and making sure the coil plug is in all the way and tight does not fix it...

    Be careful with the low freq , when i used mine it will sound good on some iron like old bottle caps and old square nails and bent nails. But one could hunt in the low freq since it sounds off better then after target is located switch to multi to try to get some idea of the target.
