    Short hunt yields 6 silver. Early morning hunt today. 4-23-14

    Went back to the spot this morning where I found the silver cub scout ring yesterday. It was a great morning! Tied my one day total. I thought I had a well worn silver coin to make 7 but it turned out it was an aluminum slug. 5 wheaties gave up their hidings this morning too.

    Vintage sterling Cub Scout ring! Etrac addiction!

    Found this on a short hunt this morning. The ring says sterling and a large number 5 on the inside. This ring was close to 9" deep! Its my first good ring with the Etrac. Its number 30 for silver this year. I have an Etrac addiction now! Theres no stopping it!

    Anyone use ear buds on sunny hot humid days?

    For me headphones are really hot on those summer days. Does anyone use anything cooler with their Etrac? Maybe I'm just a wimp.

    My first Walker today & really nice seated with Etrac

    Super nice weather to get out today in Iowa. The walker is my first with the Etrac. She was only 3" deep. The Seated dime is in great condition and was only 6". A bout 2 hour hunt then had to stop. Anxious to back out again.

    I need advice. Manual at max and noise cancel at 9 or 2?

    I always run in manual sensitivity. Most the time I will max out and run at 30 even if my machine chatters when I lay it down to dig a target.     Question. What does everyone do with their great Etrac finds?

    I'm just wondering what everyone here does with their finds. Do you sell them? Put them in coin cards and display them? Safety deposit box? Throw them all in a box and hide them under the bed? I'm sure there are some very interesting answers.

    Today's finds in new park. Green wheats and a Merc

    Went to a new park today. Found 8 wheats all but two are before 1919. 2 Buffalo's and a rusty knife. Almost all the wheat's were 6" plus and came out of the ground green.     New finds at old park in Iowa. 10 nickles

    Found these the other day where I found the 1876 seated quarter. There are two V nickles and one buffalo. I also found 7 Jeffersons. Big nickle day. I believe the chain may be silver.
