    Need help with a ring ID. laser inscribed 316L.

    Hi: Second day out with the new Excalibur 1000 and I find a ring. It appears to be a wedding band with two grooves running down the center on the outside. It is laser inscribed 316 L and has an S that is circled next to it. It sounded like gold, anyone know what it is? Thanks, Joe
