    i bought a makro pointer

    i use a garrett pro pointer AT so i bought the makro pointer for a back up.that is all it will ever be because the pro pointer AT is way better.it is easier to turn on and off and is deeper too.i was hoping the makro would be as good or better,not even close:(

    first hunt

    with my racer,found some clad at a baseball park.hunted an hour and a half,got 6 quarters,half a doz dimes and 8 pennys. 1st thing i noticed is all the vdi #'s were higher than my at pro so my 1st few pennys i thought were dimes.also it doesnt chatter as much as the at pro. i think i'm going to...

    not much experience but its becoming an obsession.i use an at pro,havent found much but clad and aluminium and a couple silver rings. not many places to hunt around here so i have to cast a wider net

    i see the pro package has 3 Elliptical Seach Coils,i thought the DD coils were better
