    Not A Bad Day

    Went to an 1800’s homesite and found 2 buffalo nickles,possible coin that was put on rr tracks.part of a pocket watch.a wheatie,possible clock winder change purse frame,and a large round disc that is tarnished like copper on one side but clean like tin on the other.Very odd

    Short Hunt

    went to a house i’ve been to a few times.was only able to get about 45 minutes in and it started pouring.Managed to get a wheatie,a boyscout neckerchief slide and 2 brass finials.

    Went to my local school after work and wasn’t finding much.I saw a guy in his yard playing with his kids so i asked if i could detect his yard.He said i could do the little strip on the side of the house so i was like it’s better than a no lol.First signal was a 1941 merc than a vintage compact...

    Went to a local school for about an hour this morning.Found some clad and a 1944 merc and 1949 Rosie.Have a wedding to go to otherwise i’d still be there lol.

    It paid off

    Drove by a local school that’s usually packed with people and it was empty.Had my deus 2 with me so i gave it a try for about 45 minutes in between rain and found clad and this beautiful yale padlock that dates between 1861-1865.Definately going back
