How about some good movies with hidden caches? List what you got

No need for a huge list but here's a couple Goonies Good bad and the ugly Pirates of Caribbean (all) Treasure island Then there was either a gene Hackman or Clint Eastwood movie where they buried gold or cash behind a chalk board of a old school house. Any others you can think of?

Picked up a set of auvios wireless. The tones are deeper

Picked up a set for $24.99 on close out. I was used to a set of sonys on ear with a cord. They were very detailed in the tones. The new auvios seem to be a lower pitch as if they were made for bass more than highs. They just sound totally different. I have been finding stuff but afraid I might...

Anyone here try adding a ground balance knob to the f2

So I seen on YouTube and i think the the geocache forum where a guy added one. It is a 10-20 ohm pot if I remember right. The f2 has a fixed resistor that can theoretically unsoldered and the pot soldered in its place. This along with a voltage increase the guy is seeing a few inches more of...

    Thinking about the 3khz coil

I keep getting ground balance readings of low to mid 20s with my 6in hf coil. You think a 3khz will be ok in the 20s. Just trying to get a better id in the open areas. This 6 inch is great for trash.

First silver with 705 Sverice ORE 1957

I found a little Swedish coin yesterday. Supposed to be .40 which is good enough for me. Seen one just like it on a online auction that ended for $4.25 same year. Was a few inches deep. Anybody find any of these? Was just on the edge of a long jumping pit at a kids school.

Notching out -numbers and 16-18 and 26-28 missing anything?

I tried a few different modes and notches and think this may help me keep from getting the can slaw and cans also. If I hear a blip Noise I double check it. Found my FIRST SILVER I believe. This allowed me to go over everything but foil still picking that up from +2-+12. I believe that's gold...

    Ch'ing dynasty coin with x705

Well I was at a new park and hitting up the outskirts of the park where a home used to be in the 90s. So you want to really waterproof your machine without using Tupperware?

There is a company named Liquipel than can dip new smart phones and tablets in a chemical that will water proof just about any smaller electronics. I contacted them and here is what they said. Anthony, We would be able to treat the board, (brains) if it is removable. The device as a whole is a...

    Ground mineralization can someone help

1 Can I just get a rundown of how to check this ground mineralization? 2 Also does it vary in real time or do you have to keep checking? I read up on the 70 and just want to make sure I would be finding the heavier concentrations of black sand hopefully leading to some yeller rocks. Going to...

Check out my home made coin plugger

This thing leaves such a professional look after you pop a coin from 6+ inches. I used to have a cheaper caulking gun but this new caulking gun is smooth and very powerful. Pumping is easier also with the nicer gun. I checked the ones at the park I did last week and they look clean. No dry...

Easy way to remove large fence post with no heavy equip

Well I got a good lead on a local that might have buried goodies. I heard he may have buried something under one of the many postholes near the home. Problem is there are about 20 different posts still standing. They look more like railroad ties than a fence post. Maybe buried 2 3 or even 4 ft...

Condit Dam destroyed 100 years worth of lake drained

I am trying to to get some guys together to go check out the OLD northwestern lake this Sunday. The dam was blown up yesterday draining the lake. This dam was built in 1913. I personally have been on the lake 100s of times, and fished it 100's more. Some of the biggest rainbows I have ever seen...

    Meteorite?

Found on side of silver star mountain. NOT in a creek, about 4 inches under the dirt, rocks. The rock can be held up with a small super magnet used to pick up nuts and bolts they sell at autoparts stores. It also has little flecks of silver all through it. The outside surface has little black...
