    I have been offered two machines so far and I wasn't even in a Pre Order. One guy wanted $50.00 more than normal price and the other wouldn't cut me a deal so I canceled. They are out there and no Pre Order BS needed.

    Garrett really should just take the V3I and water proof it in a new housing with a newer screen and call it the NEW gti 2500 replacement. It still could compete with the big dogs out there right now. What Garrett is offering now isn't cutting it.

    At first I didn't want to believe they where leaking but there is just to many people reporting they leaked. I sold mine right after warranty ran out.

    Soil conditions and location matter. I don't get the depths others post because I hunt in New England and there is a lot of trash in the ground.
