    Whites Goldmaster GMT mini coil for 48 Mhz?

    Hi I just purchased a Whites Goldmaster GMT in 48 Mhz and i see they have a mini coil for the 50Mhz GMT but do not see anything in the 48 Mhz frequency (which i have). I imagine the 50 Mhz won't work but is there a small coil by anyone to fit the newer 48Mhz machine? Thanks for any imput. Joe

    Gold Nugget Hunting.... What setting do you use?

    I will be out in the dry highly mineralized desert of Arizona with the xterra 705 and i have two coils to use; The 5x9 Ellipical HF DD and the 6" HF DD. I plan on using the ellipical to cover more ground and then switch over to the 6" when in noisy area's...... Some tell me to put it in...

    xterra 705 volume mutes out

    I purchased an exterra 705 about 10 days ago and every now and then when i use either the external speaker or headphones the volumes will mute out and i hear nothing but the screen still shows the TID's and all other functions as i toggle around..... I then shut off the MD and turn it back on...
