    Headphone adapter

    I would like to cut the headphone cable off the garrett headphones and connect it to some ear buds instead of paying for the adapter.....is this possible or does the adapter have some sort of resistor in it as well? Those headphones are so hot!!!

    LF thick silty sand beach digging tool

    I have been digging in the shallow waters and on the dry sandy beach here....its a major pain in the but without the digging scoops that have a long handle with all the holes in the scoop....one of those would be handy....the mucky silty beaches and water bottoms are really hard to dig in...

    I bought a used goldbug 2 it has the 6 inch coil, I tested it on some gold to be sure it worked before heading out to the local free hand panning only reserve.     I was just wondering if anyone has some sort of instructions on removing the circuit board from the goldbug 2 box, It is the gold bug 2 with gold metal shaft and says gold bug 2 on the side, I am thinking I need to resolder or check the pot to circuit board solder joints on the threshhold...
