    Ace 300

    Well loved detectors. The 600 and 800 are not waterproof. Never used the 7 or 900. I too prefer the Legend.

    F19

    The F19 is a pretty simple detector. There isn’t a whole lot of settings/tips. Treat it like a beep and dig analog detector (which is a great tip for all detectors) and you’ll be rewarded. Congrats on your purchase, it’s a very good machine.

    Upgrade. Look at >$200. Shop used if you want to save $. Garrett’s are over priced imo. Look at Nokta, ML vanquishes, Quest, Fisher - sometimes they offer huge savings on feebay directly from them “FirstTexasProducts”

    Simplex Ultra or Double Score

    I haven’t used either but maybe this will help. A good fiend had all three. He said the ultra was great but a lot like a single freq legend. The DS was very different from the legend. He kept the DS and sold the ultra.

    LRP <> Liberator

    I got one of the LRP on first Texas’s sales for the same reason. I had two before. They perform on par with the ATpro, are very adjustable and lightweight.
