Rumor has it that XP is looking at new update

The thing is that "You don't know what you don't know ". A lot of people don't know when there's a problem or the real performance of their machines because they don't actually test for performance. They just use it in the field and if they have a good day then their machine is the best they...

    Charging WS6

Does that one work on the coil charging clip ? Mine does.

    Charging WS6

That's the way it works for me. I keep the charging clip connected to the one that won't work on the puck.

    Charging WS6

I use the 3 end cord. It's just that on of those ends won't work with the puck but the other will.

    Charging WS6

There are some bad cables. Try the one you have connected to the charging clip for the puck. I had to switch mine and it works fine now.

    Carbon fiber rods

I thought the same. It's carbon infused, not a totally carbon fiber shaft. Looks just like the stock shaft. Maybe a little stiffer.

    Ramrod or cleaning rod ?

Any ideas? Found it on a battle field. Looks to me like it's the metal part of a wooden ramrod or cleaning rod. But I haven't seen one like this. Any help would be appreciated.

Anyone have a good relic program for CW relics in VA?

Park 1 gives the most accurate VDI in my opinion. Recovery 4 or 5, 6 if you get in the nails. I have to do iron bias of 4 or the square nails sound too good. I dig anything from just below a nickel VDI and up. Notching doesn't have a place in relic hunting, most of the time in my opinion.

    New coil won't connect?

I recently got a new coil and headphones. I did have trouble pairing both. I tried several times and finally got them both paired. I eventually made sure everything was off, then back on and tried again. And if you aren't using your headphones you need to make sure your external speaker is on...

Deus II, 1862 naval fuse plug

I think the timing was set by punching one of those holes, so that the flame from the powder charge in the cannon could reach the powder in the fuse. There were fuses that had paper that was cut to different lengths to determine the timing.

Deus II, 1862 naval fuse plug

It's a fuse from a Union Dahlgren naval shell. I've attached a picture that shows how it was used. She'll in the image isn't mine.
