    Need help with this button

    This button was found at a 1850's house site. There is a picture in Civil War Relics of the Western Campaigns by Charles S. Harris on page 75, but not much info on it. Any info would be appreciated. Should looks like a overalls button because of the back, but would still like to know the age.
