4 tone conductive?

I use multi but was curious if any of you use just the 4 tone??? Guess I should experiment.

I do sometimes with a fairly wide open conductive screen and just a little bit of ferrous allowed. Sometimes hearing a little iron in otherwise quiet ground alerts me to an area that once had activity. Often the good finds are nearby. Four tones is about right for me, multi is a bit of a sensory overload.
