The W Mint was for West Point,Commemorating Roosevelts commitment to the March of Dimes.

Cool find....last year I found a 1995s silver dime while searching rolls it has a mintage of only 838K....so it is worth around $25

Neb, I can promise some of them are circulating........there is always a kid who will get into dad's coins and spend em..lol
