been pondering over the interference problem we get near power lines etc with the T2 and i have come up with a possible solution .i had a spare clip on ferrite suppressor as packed with a lot of digital camera kits .the idea came from the fact that these are fitted as standard on the u.k version of the DFX .its very easy to fit takes about ten seconds and holds well on the coil lead without slipping .
due to heavy snow i have not been able to field test it yet but it has enabled me to run the T2 indoors o.k something i could not do before .i'm not sure if the positions right but a bit of playing around should find out .
no doubt someone will come up with some theory as to why it wont work but at the moment its fine so i'll keep you all up to speed .see attached pic of the suppressor if you have one give it a go .its not a permanent fitting so nothing ventured nothing gained
