Alkalines vs the rechargable battery packs

Has anyone else observed that their Safari seems more stable with alkalines? Today was my first day using fresh alkalines vs the rechargeable battery pack. I found myself noise cancelling a lot less and just seemed like much less falsing in general.

I use Eneloops and have never noticed any difference. But its been a while since I used alkalines.

Actuallyif you put an ammeter in cicrcuit and plot the current curves you'll see that rechargeable lithiums are more consistent in current output than either NICADS or Alkalines.

I love my RNB pack and it's availabilty and longetivity.

OK

My detector was in its case until yesterday. I last ran it in November 2012.... Turned it on and fully charged... Used it for four hours... Still fully charged...

There's no comparison to alkalines.... RNB makes a product that Minelab should include, well I guess they do in the new units....

Going to charge... But it really doesn't need it..

Upper tibial plateau fracture, Binding released late... Got a nice ride down the mountain and morphine and demerol were my freinds for a bout a week... After that almost no pain except during physical therapy...Two SS bolts and 3 screews, cadaver bone slurry... My Doctor is a miracle worker...
