Hi all, Just wondering has anybody ever saw or used one of these before.........www.mrkrayolacuffs.com Go to the colors page and they show some better pics of the stand that can come with it. Just concerned about the additional weight. I would love to be able to keep my detector up off the ground especially in late season when we get a little white stuff on the ground here in northern Michigan. Thanks all.

Never seen them but they look kind of ugly IMO. I dunno, I'll wait to see if anyone has tried them.

I know there are some guys that use them. rbholt I think is one for sure.

I even mounted my Sunray probe under the battery compartment where it is out of the way and looks cleaner to me.Very well made unit and should last a life time.Any forum sponsor's reading this should check into becoming a dealer so I can do a proper field test and review.

I've had a one piece Krayola cuff & stand on my machine since last winter - it's fantastic !

This taller stand keeps the back end of the machine a lot higher off the ground than the factory stand - keeps the mud and snow out of your battery compartment !
Because this stand is taller - the increased angle makes it's tougher for water to run up the inside of the leg and get into the control box..

This stand is much more durable then the stock one and the arm is wider than stock - so it's more comfortable when your wearing winter clothes.

Also, I never noticed the small amount of additional weight - probably because it's on the back end of the machine.- has no leverage like a heavier coil.

Good Luck ! --- Mark

Hi guys, Thanks for all the replies. It's been getting a little cool around here in northern michigan the last week or so and just wearing a t-shit and a sweatshirt together the stock cuff is too tight(NO I'M NOT COMPLAINING ABOUT THE COOL WEATHER:lol::lol:). a couple more questions on the "cuff". How is the shipping time and does the stock stand have to come off or do you leave it on? How easy is it to take the stock stand off if need be? Thanks guys and HH.
