Well here we are back on the road in the 5th wheeler,Been back in our home town working for the winter and managed to put away a few dollars, hopefully its enough to see us through until after xmas,
So now its time to do do some serious detecting,we have travelled the amazing distance of 50km in 10 days,a real leasurely pace, lots of beaches and old parks to MD on the way,we are in an old gold mining town at the moment,so that should take up 4-5 days haha. The pictures show the variety of bits I am getting at the beaches, nothing really old but an assortment of coins going back to around the 1930's,with about $40 in modern currency,Two bits of gold the ring is 9kt,and the wee emblem is the same, lots of nice silver bits and pieces, they are good for scrap, and help offset the price of fuel.

looks like you are busy with your finds and having fun....that's what it's all about!!!!!!

a life of travel and non stop metal detecting.....where did i go wrong?

looks like a great time, have fun!
