Finds are from a few weekend hunts since my last post. All finds except for the 1951 quarter were pulled from public researched sites.
The '51 quarter was pulled from my parent's farm in SW ND. Most of the humid weather finds were made in North Dakota with a couple hunts coming into Minnesota.
My Deus 2 was used to pull everything.
The wiped old Canadian Quarter was pulled at a close MN old school. It was a way deep repeatable signal next to iron. It is pretty wiped on reverse also. Looks to be 1874 or 1894.
The old military button was pulled yesterday at a very old ND city park. I am no button expert, but I believe I am seeing an "I" (Infantry) which could make it a civil war button.
That heavily plated gold button is also interesting. That came from the same old park as the military button above.
The 25-cent merchant token is a good one as it is from an eastern ND town with < 30 people.
The 1945 half dollar came from the same site as the token, and I never get tired of seeing those come out of the ground.
Thanks for looking!
Dave
