Tried a little something I've been thinking about for a while. Today, I cleaned 1 Gal of clad in about 10 mins. I dipped them in Nitric acid for about 30- 45 secs for each batch. Worked like a champ until the acid got close to saturation with copper, then slowed a little. Used about a quart of NA. I assume drain cleaner may also be effective, as this is one component to making NA. However easy it sounds, be very careful if attempting, as NA is very dangerous, especially with the gases it emits. Lastly, the acid needs to be neutralized before disposal. Taking the load to coin counter at the bank on Monday. 1st time counting. P.S ddnt find any silver while sorting, but I did find an 06 IH. Guess I missed it the first time. Also, seperated the wheaties out. HH, MIke
