I am researching the ctx 30/30 and before i decide to get one can anyone please tell me if the etrac/explorer coils are usable with the 30/30?Thanks charlie

No, they are not compatible, the CTX uses smart coils with a chip embedded.

There is supposed to be a 6" and 17" DD available sometime soon for it from Minelab.
