The new F75 LTD has seven operating parameters or processes:
FA = Fast,
DE = Default,
JE = Jewelry,
BC = Bottle Cap
PF = Plowed Field
BP = Boost
CL = Cache
Choosing, say BP, and trying to use it for every task is like only having a hammer and trying to use it as a screwdriver or a wrench. A hammer works great when you need a hammer, but it makes a poor screwdriver and an even poorer wrench. I'd encourage you to learn the strengths and weaknesses of the different processes so that you can properly apply them as your site conditions might require. The F75 operating manual only gives you a starting place for each process. Each process makes subtle, and sometimes not so subtle changes to how the detector operates. Its up to you to learn what those changes are and how best you can use them.
