Send it in. If it is a factory defect on a product they have out there they want to know. Could have been part of the roll of cable was exposed to something that caused the problem. Never the less a new coil cable is cheaper than a new coil. The picture shows an insulation failure to me and I think FT will do you right. JM2 HH
