E-Trac's Virgin Voyage

I got myself a new E-Trac the other day, so I spent the last few days reading up on it. I talked to one of the land owners in town and he gave me permission to hunt his lot where there use to be a bar at in the late 1800s and the early 1900s here in town I went down to his lot this morning. After about 2 hours of hunting I came up with 23 Clad Penney's, 1 Quarter, 2 Nickels, 2 Dimes, 1 Trade token that Say's Breslin Hotel / Carlin / Nevada on one side of it and Good for 5 cents in trade on the other side of it. I found a 1903 Liberty Head Nickel, and a 1942 Walking Liberty Half Dollar. The 1903 Nickel is pretty dirty hopefully it will clean up.
Once I learn this machine I hope that I can find a lot more of these kinds of treasures.

Thanks Bill

Nice finds Bill, your going to find a lot with the etrac, especially since you have a good spot to detect Craig

good finds, the walking liberty half is a common date so if I were you, I'd clean that baby up with some baking soda, to remove the gunk that is on it, just wet the coin and rub a lil baking soda on the coin and rinse

Nice Job!

Awesome Bill! Looking forward to seeing more. You've got a good detector and a good spot to work it on with old productive coins! Thanks for the pictures and congratulations on the finds!
