Eyeballed this in the parking lot at work this morning

Eyeballed this wedding band under a car when I pulled into work this morning. Sent out the emails for how the loser could claim it. Long story short, the guy came to my desk and described it perfectly and I returned it.

Funniest part is that the ring turns out to belong to my supervisor's husband. She was giving him the eye and having a discussion

Hahahahahah.

Ring was returned the happy couple re-united.

I would have liked to have found this one in a park.

Makes me wonder if you were not a metal detectorist, if you would have been used to looking for shiney things on the ground and even noticed it!

Believe it or not, I have been pondering my greed and wondering if I would be able to return a piece of gold jewelry if I found it at work. Would the scrap value of the gold and my list of things that I purchase with gold cause me to fall? I'm very relived that I was able to stand against my greed and return the ring. It makes me feel stronger for the next time it might happen.
