Fall finds at a local park

Congrats on finding all the silver Mark ! :beers:

NICE FINDS!

Sweet , Super cool finds

I would also cover the area at a 45 degree angle too. I am rehunting a yard I covered many times (and in which I found my one and only Barber quarter) in conductive and TTF. I also hunted this same yard with an XP Deus prior to hunting in TTF with ETrac and was able to pull another Merc and some wheaties that the ETrac missed in conductive due to iron and nulling.

I always went at a 90 degree (parallel to street or away from street) until this past Sunday when I decided to hit a small part of the yard at a 45 degree angle. Out popped 1920D Merc and 1911D Barber dimes at 8" deep at this different angle. There was iron all around them and they were only detectable at this one angle. The signal was iffy, but repeatable enough to dig. I am going to hunt the whole yard at 45 degree angles now to see what I missed.

I now hunt TTF unless there is no iron present since it will give you the peep of a coin around the iron.

Please let us know what els you find in this great spot!

Nice finds. Sounds similar to my story this year. I am in western NY also...Rochester area.
