few finds from the field

a friend had permission to hit a field that had a homesite on it, was so hot I could barely stand it. I don't have much to show for all my sweat, a silver plated baby spoon, few wheats and a decorative piece. And the thing that says "Gold Coin Brand"

Cool stuff and I like the backround in your photo

Still too hot for me.
Glad you got out, some neat finds!

yeah both days were mid 90's and high humidity, only takes 15 minutes and your t-shirt is compltely soaked with sweat. I should have stayed home in the A/C

Nice job, Terry!

At least you pulled out some neat looking stuff Goes! Thanks for the picture and congratulations on the finds in that heat! Did you come up with anything on that "Gold Coin Brand" item? I couldn't find too much on it.

Nice Terry !

Also, I did see a Plat Map some where that showed the locations of the houses and the Out House's on the property.
- not sure if your map does or not - something to keep an eye out for - could lead to some great additional finds if you could get permission to dig !

Great stuff Terry, it has been hot only been out twice the last week or so and did not find any keepers but I had fun anyway.

Nice finds. Its to hot and dry here. And the ground is like concrete, I've bent my digger all up trying to dig in this hard dirt.Hoping it will rain so I can start hunting again. Well good luck.
