here, with it we get the humidity and bugs. Deer flys right now don't make the woods a lot of fun. Wind keeps them down so we look for breezy days. Low 80's is fine, low 70's better for me... I'm not out there sitting in the shade as a rule, I'm usually doing some kind of chore that needs doing. Cool weather just makes it that much more enjoyable even if a chore you don't care for. Haying usually seems to be the first 5 days in the 90's and every heat wave after that. Kick back, picnics and BBQ's or any out door events are usually the first rainy weekend of the month...... They were saying on the weather this morning that we have had 21 days 90 or better this summer. Thats rare for us.... Last year I think it was 9 days, and summer before, Zero...... We have had enough rain storms this year that even with the heat, all is nice and green. Those hot humid days here usually produce storms here in the later afternoon. We get 3 times the storms they get on the coastline just 1 hour inland... I think its the cool ocean sea breeze colliding with the hot air inland that cranks them up. Bottom line, hot, cool, snow or whatever, if your on the green side of the dirt its all good. Some just better than others...
ON Ebay here trying to get an air bag for one of the cars here.....Air bags are cheap enough, but they ship them as a Hazmat product so shipping cost more than the air bag.... Guess that little explosive to deploy it warrents extra care...... Hoping to get out on the bike for a couple hours today, hope to get some pictures of a new park they just put in here from a old farm left to the State of Ct...
