Frustration!!

Just under 3 hours today! I have watch countless videos and also watched videos on settings and what they do and how one setting affects another.
Just when I thought it was clicking its the same thing.... I know there is silver at the location as I have pulled it out with Minelabs and CZs.
I finally got to the point I was skipping targets because there was just soooooooo many! Just was over whelming the amount of trash thats at this location!!

Holy beaver tails! What are you using for settings?

Well are you starting to learn the tones? Some of those are easier to weed out than others. The rusty bottle caps being one of the easier. Pull tabs are about the worst.

If you know there is Silver at that site - if it was me I'd ...

Load the program I wanted to use and select "Full Tones" and just dig the highest tones you hear.
Full tones really helps make Silver and the other high conductors stand out.
After you get more use to the sounds of the Deus you will be able to tell the size and depth of the target your swinging over, with your eyes closed.
Always keep in mind that it's better to hunt with your ears with the Deus - instead of just depending on the target ID numbers.
Getting use to the tones and how it reacts to different targets requires some time in the field - but time spent in the field is the best teacher.
Once you get "dial in" the good finds will start to jump out of the ground !

Good Hunting !

You need the Sifter program, in full tones, you can eliminate most of the bottle camps by dragging the coil back towards you and you will get a grunt. This will not happen when over a dime or quarter. Also the Sifter program is much better in trashy ground. I have a hunting area just like this and i have pulled at least a hundred beaver tails out and finally found a 14K gold band.

Seem the tones on the older deeper rusted bottle caps are the one s that give me the most trouble . usually the only way I can determined them is to raise the coil slightly and then I will get a broken tone and TID jumps about 3 points but the original tone is so close to a silver high conductive it really is hard to tell them apart sometimes so I dig a lot of them. Don't hunt a lot of Parks but I do hunt some close to the lake and they are covered in bottle caps and pull tabs . its like any thing else I guess you have to dig a lot of trash to score a good target

I don't hunt many parks,
But what I've found sometimes is the mineralization bar on the right will jump up a few notches when I'm running over rusty bottle caps and small rusty tin pieces.
Also the drag back wiggle will give the iron grunt if there are not to many targets under the coil.
But the best guide is to dig...
