I have this maybe like you mentioned I also show my detector an ADs set on automatic stage, wonder if as the bloke i bought this unit from says it is very rare ? I am in australia

My coils look the same. Any detector that old is kind of rare nowadays.

I remember watching a video of Charles Garrett using a similar one to find a saddle bag from a bank robbery with the loot and a Colt Single Action Army pistol in it. He did his research and it paid off.

I'd love to see that video.
Seems many of his exploits videos aren't on Garret's site anymore. You'd think after his passing they'd show more. I'd pay for a set of his videos if they produced them.
