Gold Wedding Ring --- Lost - Found & Returned

My friend Ed called me last week and asked me to look for a wedding ring that his neighbor lost 5 years ago. Ed's neighbor is also the minister at a local church. The minister's wife was up on a ladder cleaning gutters on the garage and the ring fell off her finger. The minister and his wife's 18 kt. gold rings were a matching pair that the minister purchased 22 years ago.
Family and friends spent hours looking for the ring for the weekend it was lost - but they never found it.

We got lucky - I found the ring 3"down along the walkway to the garage in less than 10 minutes - my guess is that someone probably stepped on the ring while they were looking for it.
Needless to say ... they were very happy to get the ring back ! The ring came in as a solid FE (12) - CON (27). Sorry for the low grade photo's - they were taken with a cell phone.

Thanks for sharing the story, that's a nice thing to do.
I was able to recover a ladies diamond ring/wedding band a couple of years ago. The look and smile on her face was priceless.

I hope you score a big Silver soon!
