Got busted in the field

Went out to a new permission along the stage coach trail in stark county and after 6 hours and lots of iron relics I dug a capped bust 10 cent coin. The place was built in 1838 and served as a post office and rumored to be part of the underground railroad. Freshly tilled and only 4 inches deep. Flipped the coin out looked at the date 1820. It pays to do research lol

Busted is nice. Nice find.

What a fantastic find and thanks for the story to go with it Matthew. I think the 1920 dimes were minted in New Orleans and there are two variations, a large O and a small o, the small o is worth more. Do you know which one you have?

Beautiful coin! It pays to do your research and you're proof to that. Thanks for sharing it with us and congratulations!
