I Have Trouble Going Down Low To Pin Point My Treasure ?

Can Any of you give me any good pointers to help me. I am working out my stiff body. I am 68 yrs.old I use to drive semi trucks over the
road.I am trying to get back into shape. All your help will be great. Thank You..

I'd get a good stretching routine, you can find any kind of books of the sort on Amazon, omega 3s and maybe "air squats"" to keep the lower half strong.
 
I use a shovel with a regular handle.
Nice solid way to get up with.

Any gyms nearby? Join one and go at least 3 days a week and don't miss and don't quit till you kick. One of the best things I did for myself after retirement. Get on a program. I made a full body workout up by searching the net, actually several. I actually gained muscle at nearly 73 yo.

Most times I hit the local park I get accosted by a group of 5 year olds. I just give one the pinpointer and another the shovel and let them have at it when I find a good target..I gave up long ago on tryin to ignore them,that don't work..but that's a solution to your problem,take a couple youngsters with you .
 
I walk 2 miles a day with the dog I am 70 have a hilly road great for your body first 3 days will hurt only gets better with time . sube
I have had two hip replacements on my right hip and one on my left.It is hard for me to
walk right now with this weather we are having. But when it get's better I'll do that.
