Used the 6" excelerator EQ2 coil for the first time today. I didn't find any Silver but did find several 6" clad dimes with ease.
I'm hunting a Park that has been reworked so it may not have any Silver .... The Top soil appears to be at least 8" deep where it was redone. It's also full of lids, junk, foil etc..

The 6" works great. Has good depth and Id is a-ok with it.... Much more to my liking than the 6X8 SEF I traded for it.. Thanks to Bryce and others who told me the 6 was a great little coil ..

found this lock way down... any idea about it anyone. 999 on both sides.Seems key is broken off in bottom key slot... Lock was at least 12" deep, maybe a little deeper.

Interesting lock Elton. I believe 999 locks are a U K Co. I found a similar one a few years ago and I think that is what I found out about 999. Neat find. HH jim tn

So it's most likely Scandinavian Lock ......
