I haven't been MD in awhile.. It was such a nice day, around 60 or so, I headed to some woods that usually gives up a little lead. I dug a few CW(1 carved) and modern bullets, some camp lead, a clad dime and a memorial penny. I also got an unexpected find an 1908 Barber Dime... less that 3" deep. I also found a pocket knife in bad shape, some square nails and what I believe to be is a shell fragment.. I took a few pics before it got dark.. I'm hoping to be able to MD again tomorrow.

It never gets old when finding cw bullets. WTG! HHH

I seem to find more of those there than others..

Great job. Nice silver. My favorite color is LEAD !!! cch

I don't relic hunt with out it.. :twodetecting:

Cool finds. Wild looking melted sharps.

I think I might be close to the encampment. I've found some horseshoes, small and large square nails and quite a bit of camp lead. It's hard to hunt being thick with briars and brush. I'm going back the first of the week... if we don't get too much rain tomorrow, it shouldn't be too messy
