I leave the left open as small ....tiny items drop down in that hole...........don't want to miss anything.! I could drop that gain a tad though. I change the settings to suit what I am after, Thats the beauty of the ET. I never thought Multi tones could be bettered but I love the 4 tone! It hits hard on tiny stuff.

Hi Colin , i see you run your threshold pitch at 15 . Why is that ?. I run mine at 1 to give the greatest variation in the tones.
I see you also run a VERY high Gain at 30 . Do you run it at 30 all the time. I rarely go over 24 ,maybe 25 or 26 Max.

Jeb, isn't Gain the volume?

yes,its volume gain. i just don`t have mine on full .just a personal preference.

Jeb the Threshold setting has no affect on the "Tones Mode 2, 4" In multi tones I use it at its lowest and Limits around 20 = 25 so it sounds just like my Explorer settings that I used for years. I honestly love the 4 tones and think it hits harder on very low conductors like cut halfs harder.
