Large Silver and Vintage Pin

Went out on a short one hour hunt this evening.

Found a 1968D Kennedy Half!

It is 40% Silver but still counts as my second Silver Half found

This G Man Pin is from the 1930's and is supposed to be worn as a Lapel Pin

When I found the Kennedy Half I was sure it was 100% Silver and when I saw 1968 i was stunned.

It acted like Silver and looked like Silver and when I looked it up I became educated about the progression of Silver and the Kennedy Half.

So i hope no one feels like I cannot count this as a found Silver Half because it is only the second Silver Half I have found, the first is a 1907 Barber Half.

Congrats Eva. Any coin that has silver content, counts as a silver in my book. I count silver war nickles as silvers.
