Manticore headphones won’t charge???

The red light came on then went out now no light at all and not charging?
Anyone have similar problem with theirs?
I’m careful with my gear I do not abuse them
I wrote to Minelab see what they say.

Mines fine Mark--no problems.-----If they are still under warranty Minelab should replace them.

Yes, I had the same problem, contacted minelab, and they sent new headphones.
 
called them they called right back sending them in for replacement
 
check the cord first in another item to make sure it has not gone bad

did that they wont turn on at all I sent them back Minelab called me right back I was surprised

I ordered my manticore this past May. Last Saturday was the first time I pulled out the headphones to charge them up for sunday's hunt. Flat out dead. Will not charge. I filed a claim with minelab and sent them off today.

I should have made sure they worked when I first got it but I didn't.

I just remembered when I ordered the m9 coil when I made the purchase and used it and never tried the stock 11 inch coil. I guess I had better hook it up to make sure that works too!!

That stinks mine they were able to get them up and running I've used them twice no problem I emailed them and said what if this happens
in the future? they said they would replace them

They received mine yesterday. This morning I received an email that said they repaired them, tested them and are shipping them back to me today by UPS. I am happy they got it took care of with a quick turn around. However, after seeing so many maniticore users complain about these ML105 headphones I am leery on holding onto them. I may take and sell them for something else.....not sure yet. I only use headphones in windy conditions and near roads where there is a lot of traffic.

Same here they never said what was wrong with mine and I tried everything new chords new plugs nothing would get them to charge. No lights would come on. I think you can get the ML 85s that come with the equinox 900 that’s what I’m gonna look into have a spare. He said if it does it again they’ll replace them but that’s not too convincing Did they tell you what was wrong with yours?

No they just said they repaired them and checked them out on the email they sent to me.

Mine did nothing when I tried to charge them as well...DOA.

Maybe inside of the package there will be a ticket with a description

I’ve used mine for two years never had a problem then they just wouldn’t turn on or charge just wondering what they did to to “fix” them
