Went south with six other hunters and we all did OK. My finds include two Civil War Bullets, a grommet, camp lead and what might be a scabbard tip. Also a 1950 wheat cent, two plated rings and a 1949 Hoop Net Commercial Fishing Tag. The flag was rescued from the leaves beside a cemetery and will be given to the VFW to Retire.The others did better and will be posting when they get home tomorrow.

You did very well Steve, we all have something to brag about. Will post my finds later tonight or tomorrow, we just got home from the last hurrah camping trip of the year and what a beautiful weekend to go camping too........

Star and I had a great time camping and hunting with everyone this weekend. Great friends, great weather, and great hunting. What more can a person ask for. We are still unloading the van and will try to post some pictures soon. Daryl
