My biggest one day tot lot haul ever!!

Ted S

Well-known member
I haven't been out much lately so I figured since the fields are planted I would hit a tot lot. A friend of mine showed up but couldn't hunt due to a bad knee. I think I hunted a bit over 6 hours and I am beat. I have to shoot trap tonight and I don't know if I will be able to hold my Winchester Model 12 up!! The machine used was my trusty Minelab Equinox 600 with a 6" coil on it. I did take my 900 just in case I hunted a larger area requiring the 11" coil. The total take was 8.00 in dollar coins,18.00 in quarters,13.40 in dimes, .45 in nickels and .19 in pennies. Did I mention that was a lot of digging?? While I would rather be digging oldies I will stash this to get car parts for my 69 Dart GTS 340..I have a lot of hobbies! Good luck and happy hunting everyone!! Ted :detecting:
