I have discovered in my 2 year old test garden that my SE Pro will accurately depict (smartfind) clad quarter and silver dimes up to 7 or 8", respectively, displaying the pictograph in the upper Right corner. After that, the target window reflects its image in the upper LEFT corner of the screen, though the audio remains the highest pitched sounds the machine was giving in the shallower depths for the same targets. It appears, and I want to know if this is correct, that when the smartfind indicates a deep target but depicts its cursor in the upper left corner, a high-pitched audio must usually reflect a clad quarter, silver dime or other worthwhile silver or clad-type target at some depth more than 7". The SE will give its high beep signal down to 12" or so, but the cursor finds itself in the upper LEFT corner instead of the right corner.
Another observation is that I can reach deeper high value targets in "open" screen (no discrimination or iron mask) than in Iron Mask settings. What say you? Does any of this seem accurate? If not, why not?
