NH Bobs Fall Hunt
I got the green light on the field for the fall hunt. This field dates to the 1700s. With a decent group of hunters, we should pull out some old coins and artifacts.
Of course again, I can not guarantee that all hunters will walk away with an old coin. The Detecting Gods make that decision as we all know.
The field is located near the center of an old town in South Western NH. It consists of about 40 acres of huntable land. The top of the knoll is corn field and that is surrounded by hay field. No houses are butting the field. There is cover in all directions, so it will seem as comfortable as a secluded field. The Gentleman that owns the property is kind enough to let us park behind his house in the field. Which is also out of sight.
As time progresses, I will have a Hunt date. Again, this is determined by the Harvest of both the hay and the corn. I do know the hunt will be in October.
There will be room for 25 to 30 hunters. The entry fee for this hunt will be $25 Payable by check and deposited in an account for the hunt. I will let all of you know when to start sending admittance fees. This hunt is dependent on an adequate # of entries. So the Fee will be nonrefundable unless the fault is loss of the field or some failure on my part to cause the hunt to be canceled. In either case, all entries will be returned in full.
