North Texas treasures /recent finds ,Indian artifacts and fossils and minerals

Here is my past 2 months of exploring north Texas brazos river and Indian camps I’ve found on private land.

Mammoth tusk chunks, various fossils and some rare teeth probably mosasuar or plesiosaurs, some petrified bones, semi precious stones, my first confirmed meteorite a stony nickel one which they say is rare, tumbled it thinking was some sort of hematite and lost some of the material , my dog found a huge red stag horn, Indian artifacts from a recent camp I found near a natural spring, mostly archaic /paleo arrowhead technology, 7,000 to 12,000 years old according to mainstream academics”my opinion there time periods are BS” atheist robots libtards my opinion. Some crappy lapidary I attempted to cut fossils and agates etc.

I know most of y’all are mainly metal detector treasure hunters but here is some stuff y’all keep your eyes peeled for that are stone treasures etc

Let me know if any of y’all have knowledge in any of these I’ve found.

I need to get a metal detector. Seems really cool the stuff y’all find.

The knapped flint are what I think are thunderbirds effigys. Only ones I’ve ever found in 35 years of treasure hunting. These are not suppose to exist in our area and considered a hoax by other forums

Found these and didn’t buy em or hoax these effigys. They do exist and we’re made by the Indians in tx.

Very nice & interesting finds.

Very nice finds! My Dad hunted for arrowheads for 60 years. Every vacation we took, he would be pulling us into a ditch to park the truck & camper. He had spotted another Indian mound that he had to go search. I’m 67 years old & have found one thunderbird in Central Texas…

So how old are those teeth you found and that petrified wood?
Not sure depending timeline ya go by. My belief is most if all petrified stuff and Fossilera stuff like the teeth and p wood and mammoth tusk chunks are all from great flood during a year time period. Not millions of years in my humble opinion.

Indian stuff post flood.

Looked up teeth and ai bot said from some big ass fish with fangs and plesiosaurs a swimming monster. Fish and ple giant ocean monsters with big teeth. Some may be coral that look like teeth.

That’s cool. Bet I would of liked em.

Just a off the wall question? Did he or you ever have anything weird happen to y’all after digging in mounds?

Why I ask I don’t touch em if I suspect the area has a mound or burial. Heard horror stories after messing or digging with em. Mostly off the wall illnesses and supernatural shit.

We have one on our land in Deep South east tx, big thicket, in sam Houston nat forest ,had a lot of weird shit happen around it at night exspecially around 3am at night. Suspect big hairy demon basterds that are bipedal/ flesh and blood/ not. Or spirits. Had deer guts disappear like not one drop of blood on a pine needle overnight, 2 stolen/good hit deer lung/heart shotswith 45 70 400 grain rounds close range. Pretty much drop in tracks and when I go get em gone

Lots of screams yells asking around camp 3 am breaking limbs bipedal, game cam pics of em, Wolfe pics, big cats, loud pops at night. Lights in woods. You name it. Don’t camp out there anymore and leave before sundown and carry side arm 44 mag w/ solid pentrator rounds as well m4 with 4 mags plus penetration rounds.

Sorry for long explanation of what I believe the mounds are evil.

Just curious if you wnd your dad experienced anything like this.

I’m 42 and seem to be one of the only dudes my age that explore anymore. I was last of the outdoor kids that roamed sun up to sun down with bike, fishing pole, bee bee gun with bunch of my buddies.

Late 80s and all of 90s were magical like most of y’all on here that were born 83 and down.

Still have this in me and try to do my best to bring my kids but won’t make em if not interested etc.

Yes my dad did have one issue. I was probably in my 20-30 age bracket back then. I’m 67 now. He dug up an Indian skull on the Trinity river bottom near Kerens, TX. For a period of 3 to 4 months, he constantly had small problems or issues keep popping up. He kept on thinking all of these issues started after digging this skull up. The final issue caused him to believe that the dead spirits was warning him. He walked out to his truck to go to work. His truck caught on fire in front of him & burned the motor up. This was the final straw. He carried skull back to where he found it & replaced it in its original location. All the little issues & problems he kept having disappeared after that. Sorry long winded also…

Man thanks for sharing. That’s exactly the type of stuff I’ve heard from podcasts of relic hunters etc. glad wasn’t much worse than that. Def want a coincidence and he did the right thing. I’ve listened to story’s of guys getting real sick w/ off the wall rare diseases you name some die.

Any bones i that look human or I have a weird feeling I leave em.

Brought all my Pleistocene/ ice age bones up to uta a couple years ago for there director of paleontology and she said I have one pelvis that was human out of the several hundred bones.

Long story short I brought it to the med examiner in Parker co and they actually brought cadaver dogs to look for rest.

I told em it’s really old and from a Indian 1000 years old.

I epoxied it like i do on all bones washed out of Trinity because they deteriorate very fast when dry out even the mineralized ones.

The coroner and detectives kept asking why the hell did you epoxy it etc.

Be safe out there sounds like your in east tx. Some bad ju ju in those woods for sure.

My family’s old homestead my trusty exploring partner border collie just stairs at this one spot of the woods which is the mound I think we camp by and is always on alert. She is my alarm to go and not to go places.

I gave up going down there due to the backwoods people/methheads Bigfoot’s, packs of wild dogs, the screaming and wooping always followed by packs of yotes going off in between, come to the conclusion ain’t no yotes prob BF mimicking em, things walking around breaking limbs and shit in the middle of night.

One of the hairy basterds coughed next to my head one night made no noise coming up to our roof top tent and after that I said f east tx exspecially the big thicket.

Not worth it. Danger of the paranormal and flesh and blood whatever the hell is in those woods. Def. a darkness in that part of the state.

I consider it the deep south and not TX. Man how hunter forums have horror story’s about the locals out there and almost everyone gets there shit stolen or have run in with creatures. F that. Worst part of the state.

Sorry to offend anyone from southeast tx piney woods. I’m one of the first settlers great great great grandsons of San Jacinto co 1830s and just my opinion.

Here is one of those things face. It has it mouth open like blowing a smoke ring or something. One at the game cam that set it off moved the cam. Some people can see it some can’t
