Very interesting....... Go to source in Aarons post and then to the previous page. It explains what the chart is. I could not copy and paste but in short, it is a report of how many children were found to be employed by the stores contrary to law by the truancy department.
Back to Kapidr's find, it looks like a merchandise tag, zipper pull or Fob that was on the stores own brand of gloves.........
